In addition to the core Edunova endeavour of working with schools to develop their ICT environments and to ensure that the sustainability plan we have designed with them is implemented, Edunova also takes on specific projects at the request of partners and donors. These projects are managed using an educational project management approach and the reason for taking on these projects is as follows:
In order to bring more skilled resources into the organisation and thereby to share knowledge and practices from outside of the company
To ensure that we can continue working towards becoming a truly sustainable organisation that does not rely entirely on grant funding
To attract funding into the organisation so that the administrative and overhead costs can be shared between various projects
In order to enable innovation and job satisfaction for Edunova staff by providing possibilities for recruitment onto new projects
In order to experience and gain insight of new technologies and to generate implementation models as to their use for learning
