Objectives are hinged around IT skills and curriculum integration, in schools facilitation and leadership support.
 
  • Producing and agreeing to a training schedule in consultation with the Khanya
  • Coordinator prior to the commencement of the training and facilitation work at each school
  • Submitting progress reports to the Khanya Coordinator in respect of progress made
  • Maintaining a set of monitoring tools and records to enable the accurate measurements to indicate success levels of the project
  • Maintaining an open line of communication to resolve potential risks, problems and other issues that may derail the project, but also to inform about positive developments and successes.
 
The program has impacted many schools, learners, and teachers and since 2005 through lab support assistant and teacher training, leadership support and class room support as new technology gadgets for classroom teaching emerges. Teachers trained would receive certification for attending and also the process needs to be understood for ICT integration as teachers would from time to time be invited to attend intense seminars of ICT integration in Education.
