Outline of the Programme

IBM Reading Companion Programme is a free internet based literacy programme that will allow learners to develop literacy skills in their schools using the ICT labs. IBM (International Business Machines Corporation) sponsors this programme; whose vision it is to bring the best technologies to address critical community issues. IBM has worked for over ten years trying to address such issues through different computer software programmes.
