I'm an imagineer.  Exactly, whatever that is!  This website has been fun to make and I have a non-existent band called Meet Morris.  Free, opensource software - now there's a phrase I like, and the community that is built around it.  This year has opened my eyes to the world of education, and the role of ICT.  A lot of challenges, and a lot of effort but it's the little things that are really eye opening.  unflat.  wub.  I'm not sure about viral marketing just yet...

 

There is a whole lot more to this character, but not necessary to have this all on the main page.  On this page I can say that I have a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Rhodes University, Grahamstown.  Varsity was a fantastic time and I enjoyed maths, my other major, almost as much as I enjoyed all the activities that were happening.  One of these is squash which is something I need to get back into.  As I said, I have a non-existent band called Meet Morris.  But I do enjoy my acoustic guitar, and am into the more technical finger picking style, wishing I could play like John Fahey, Leo Kottke or David Qualey.  Other music I like: Bob Dylan, Neil Young, CSN(Y), Beatles, Vampire Weekend, Fleet Foxes, and Kings of Leon (first two albums).  My record collection (yes, vinyl!) continues to grow.
